Customer service reads from a script from another country thus is not very helpful and was a total waste of my time for several phone calls.They tell you everything is fine and that they can fix the problem but they couldn't fix one problem that I had.

Had to call Verizon to fix everything.

They never sent me my $100 gift card promo code which is fine but after complaining about it they said it would take up to 14 days for my complaint to be read - unacceptable.I have only so many days to send that in - maybe they already know that.
